Anna Maria Olsson

Anna Maria Olsson is a violinist and composer who writes and performs music for violin and electronics. By looping and layering the sounds of her instrument, Anna creates cinematic soundscapes, textures and lyrical melodies inspired by the natural world. Her work is a unique blend of minimalism, experimental, orchestral and ambient, where the composed and improvised seamlessly coexist.

She’s an active collaborator internationally across a variety of disciplines such as sound art, visual art, performance art, movement and media, and her work has been featured in documentaries, video games, contemporary dance performances and art installations.

As a solo artist, she has released two solo albums and performed at concerts and festivals in Europe and South-East Asia, including Wonderfruit’s Enfold stage in 2025.
