Mycelium Festival is built on trust — between us, the land, and everyone who gathers here. By purchasing a ticket and entering the festival grounds, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms.

Tickets & Refunds

  • All ticket sales are final and non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • Processing fees and service charges are non-refundable in all cases.

  • In the event of cancellation, only the face value of the ticket is eligible for refund.

  • If the event is postponed and a refund option is made available, only the ticket price will be eligible not processing fees.

  • Tickets are valid only for the dates and conditions specified at the time of purchase.

  • Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources will not be granted entry. It is the responsibility of each ticket holder to ensure the authenticity of their ticket.


Wristbands

  • Wristbands must be worn at all times within the festival grounds.

  • Wristbands that are removed, damaged, or tampered with will be considered invalid and will not be replaced.

  • Replacement wristbands are subject to availability and will be charged at full gate price.


Your Responsibility

  • The manufacture, possession, distribution, or use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited within the festival grounds.

  • Violations will result in immediate removal from the event. Legal action may be taken where applicable.

  • We want this to be a safe space for everyone. Please act accordingly.


Personal Data & Consent

  • By entering the festival grounds, you acknowledge that Mycelium Festival and its affiliates, partners, contractors, and media representatives may collect, use, and disclose your personal information including but not limited to your name, image, likeness, voice, movement, and biographical information in any medium, for editorial, educational, promotional, or other purposes.

  • This may include photography and video recordings taken within the festival grounds.


Stage Access

  • Access to all stage areas including on-stage, backstage, and surrounding stage zones is restricted to authorized personnel only.

  • This is in place to ensure the safety of performers, crew, and all attendees.

  • Please respect these boundaries.


Caring for the Land

  • We are guests on this land. Please treat it accordingly.

  • Dispose of all waste responsibly. Leave the site as you found it or better.

  • Single-use plastics are not permitted within the festival grounds.

  • Outside food and beverages may not be brought into the festival grounds.

  • Cooking and open fires are not permitted anywhere on site without prior authorization from the festival team.


Camping

  • Camping zones have been designated in advance.

  • Please set up camp only within your assigned camping area.

  • Camping outside of designated zones is strictly prohibited.



Branding & Promotion

  • No branding campaigns, promotional activities, or commercial solicitation are permitted within or around the festival grounds without prior written permission from Mycelium Festival.

  • Unauthorized use of Mycelium's intellectual property is prohibited.

  • Violations may result in immediate removal from the event, financial penalties, and/or legal action.


Program Changes

  • Artists, set times, stages, and programming are subject to change without prior notice.

  • The festival will proceed regardless of weather conditions. No refunds will be issued for weather-related circumstances.


Our Right to Refuse Entry

  • Mycelium Festival reserves the right to deny entry to or remove any attendee who violates these terms, local laws, or whose behavior is deemed harmful, disruptive, or disrespectful to others or to the land.

  • We reserve the right to make this call at our discretion, without obligation to provide a refund.


Limitations of Liability

  • Mycelium Festival cannot be held responsible for disruptions caused by adverse weather, power or water interruptions, artist cancellations, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

  • We will always do our best to communicate changes openly and honestly.


Modifications to These Terms

  • Mycelium Festival reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

  • Any changes will be published on our official website.

  • We encourage all ticket holders to review these terms periodically.


Kid Pass Terms

  • Kid Pass is available at the sole discretion of Mycelium Festival and may be revoked at any time if the terms below are not met.

  • Valid for children born on or after 21 November 2013 (under 13 years of age at the time of the festival). No exceptions.

  • A valid government-issued ID or passport showing name and date of birth must be presented at the gate.

  • Entry will be denied to anyone who:

    • Refuses to present valid identification

    • Presents falsified documentation

    • Presents documentation that does not match the information provided at time of purchase

    • Does not meet the age requirement stated in these terms

  • Kid Passes are non-transferable.

  • Kid Passes do not include camping gear or accommodation. These must be arranged separately.

  • Each Kid Pass holder must be accompanied by a ticketed adult at all times.

  • Mycelium Festival reserves the right to end or cancel the Kid Pass program at any time without prior notice.
