SeSamie

SeSamie is a Chiang Mai-based roots reggae selector and emcee. Originally from southern Thailand, he was introduced to reggae through his father’s Bob Marley and the Wailers cassette, a formative influence that shaped his love for chilled, meditative rhythms with powerful messages.

As he began building his own record collection, SeSamie drew inspiration from the sound system culture of Jamaica and the UK. His mission is to spread peace and love through roots and culture music, using dub-heavy selections and the microphone to share uplifting vibrations rooted in unity, compassion, freedom, mainly guided by both Buddhist and Rastafarian philosophies.
