Tickets — types, refunds, and transfers
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable under all circumstances. Full Pass — Full access 20–22 November Saturday Pass — Entry from 12:00 noon, 21–22 November Albino Duo Package — Two Full Passes with camping gear set up on arrival Kid Pass — Children born on or after 21 November 2013. ID required at gate. General tickets are not linked to a name, so you may pass them on to someone else without contacting us. Kid Passes are non-transferable. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources will not be accepted at the gate. Where do I find my ticket? Search your email inbox and spam folder for your booking confirmation from ticketmelon. Visit https://www.ticketmelon.com/th and click "Find your tickets." Still can't find it? Write to us at Mycelium.th@gmail.com and we'll sort it out. WRISTBANDS When you arrive at the gate, show your e-ticket or QR code to receive your wristband. Your wristband corresponds to the type of ticket you have purchased and must be worn at all times during the festival. Wristbands that are removed, damaged, or tampered with will not be replaced. Anyone found without a valid wristband will be asked to leave the festival grounds.
Arrival — getting to Chiang Dao
Tiger Jungle Art Camp 3024 Rd., Chiang Dao, Chiang Mai 19°22'50.8"N 98°56'34.7"E By car — Take Highway 107 north from Chiang Mai city. Drive approximately 70km (1hr 15min). In Chiang Dao, follow the pin: "Tiger Jungle Art Camp". Park at the designated area before the entrance and walk approximately 550 metres to the gate. Shuttle service — Departures from Chiang Mai and Pai. Details and booking links will be shared closer to the event date. Have your e-ticket/QR ready and arrive 10–15 minutes early. No refunds for missed shuttles. Grab — Limited availability, especially during peak arrival times. Plan in advance. Motorbike taxi — Available at the festival entrance roadside. Agree on fare before the ride. Fares are negotiated directly with riders; the festival is not involved.
Gates and check-in
Gates open: 15:00 on Friday 20 November Saturday Pass holders may check in from 12:00 noon on Saturday 21 November. Show your e-ticket or QR code at the gate to receive your wristband. Your wristband must be worn at all times and must not be removed until the end of the festival.
Camping gear — collection and rental
A camping gear service point is located in the caravan area near the entrance. Gear is available in limited quantity, so we recommend booking in advance to guarantee availability. Pre-booking can be done through the Albino Duo Package at the time of ticket purchase. To collect your pre-booked gear, have your QR code or booking reference ready along with a valid ID. A deposit of ฿2,000 is required on collection and will be returned at check-out. Walk-in rental is also available on a first come, first served basis, subject to availability.
